Ingredients:
- 5 cups fruits of your choice, chopped
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
Method:
- Whisk together in a bowl, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and milk and whisk well to form a smooth batter.
- Grease a heatproof dish and line it with wax paper. Pour the batter into the dish. Sprinkle the fruit mixture over it. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Place a steamer basket inside the instant pot. Pour 2 cups of water to the cooker. Place the dish inside the pot.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and timer for 17-20 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over it just before serving.
