Ingredients:
- 8 bananas, peeled, sliced
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- ½ cup rum
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, powdered
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
Method:
- Place the sliced banana at the bottom of the instant pot.
- Whisk together butter, brown sugar, rum, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Pour over the banana layer.
- Close the lid. Set on slow cook option and set the timer for 1 hour. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Sprinkle walnuts and coconut. Close lid and set aside.
- Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
