Ingredients:
- 6 ripe, medium sized pears, peeled, chopped into chunks
- 3 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 sticks cinnamon (of about an inch each)
- 2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except walnuts and ground cinnamon to the instant pot.
- Close the lid. Set on slow cook option and set the timer for 2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and walnuts and serve warm.
