Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup short grain rice, rinsed, soaked in water for an hour, drained
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup almonds and cashew, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins.
Method:
- Add rice and milk to the instant pot.
- Stir. Close lid. Set on Manual option and timer for 15 minutes.
- Let the steam release naturally.
- Add condensed milk, raisins, cardamom and nuts.
- Select Sauté option and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Transfer into a bowl. Serve warm or chilled.
