Ingredients:
- 3 ounce dark brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 ounce all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground all spice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- A pinch kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 10 ounce frozen peach slices
- Cooking spray
Method:
- Mix together sugar, oats, flour, baking powder, allspice, nutmeg, and kosher salt in a bowl. Add butter and mix into a crumbly mixture.
- Add the peach slices and fold.
- Spray the bottom of the instant pot with cooking spray. Transfer the peach mixture into the cooker.
- Close the lid. Set on slow cook option and set the timer for 1 1/2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
