Ingredients:
- 1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced diagonally into thick slices
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Freshly cracked pepper to taste
Method:
- Pour 1 cup water into the instant pot.
- Add carrots.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 2 minutes.
- Quick release excess pressure. Add butter, maple syrup and pepper. Stir and serve.
