Searching for Meaning

Original Man dived down into the water to search for earth, but he couldn’t find any.

So duck dived down and searched. Still nothing.

Loon searched, but came up empty.

Finally, muskrat said that he would do it, that he would get the dirt they needed to begin again.

No one really believed he could do it, but they let him try.

Muskrat dove into the water and went deeper, deeper, deeper . . .
