Showing God’s Love
You are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.
Have you ever searched through drawers and closets for a flashlight, only to discover once you found one that its batteries were dead? Although the flashlight had the potential to provide light, without new batteries it was useless. Like every believer, you have the light of Christ within you and therefore the potential to shine upon others and draw them to God. God promises that you will do amazing things if only you let him work through you.
