Spiritual Gifts
There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all. There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord. God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us.
The abilities you have are gifts from God, and they are often clues that point to how God wants you to spend your time. Would God give you certain talents and spiritual gifts and then not ask you to use them? Perhaps you have a gift of faith, discernment, or encouragement that is clearly inspired by the Holy Spirit’s presence within you. You may also have a natural inclination toward cooking, entertaining, managing a business, teaching, handling money, playing an instrument, or any number of other things. Use the gifts you have to bring honor and glory to God. Then you will be right where you need to be to discover God’s will and to accomplish his purpose for you.
