Temptation
God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
Although God sometimes delivers you from difficult circumstances, he often calls you to an enduring faithfulness in the midst of temptations and trials. Endurance involves not only experiencing situations of suffering but also overcoming them with patience, hope, and joy. When you persevere and look to God for help in your temptations, he promises to reward you.
