Capability
The LORD asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the LORD? Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say.”
When God asks you to do something, he gives you the abilities and resources you need to get the job done. Moses didn’t think he had the power of persuasion to confront Pharaoh on behalf of God’s people, but God promised to be with him and to give him the right words to say. Even when you think you cannot accomplish the task God has put before you, remember that he is with you and will give you what you need to carry out his will.
