This is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
The greatest gift God offers you is his Son, Jesus. Through Jesus, God gives you the gift of eternal life as well as his abiding presence in your life today. What makes these gifts so wonderful is that you don’t have to earn them. Instead you simply must accept them by believing in Jesus as your Savior. Take comfort in knowing that nothing—and no one—can take them away.
