Intercession
The Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.
God gives you his Holy Spirit as your personal intercessor. When you don’t know what to pray, the Holy Spirit will pray for you. God promises that you never have to worry about what to say to him. His Spirit will pray on your behalf even when you don’t know how to express what kind of help you need.
