Overcoming
[Jesus said,] “Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”
Perhaps the best way God helps you deal with problems is by guaranteeing you a future time and place where there will be no problems. Here on Earth you may suffer from problems and worries because of sin. But no matter what your future holds, you can hold on to Jesus’ promises that he has overcome this world and its troubles. You can be sure that heaven will be full of joy and free from pain and worries.
