3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 pound blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar together until smooth. Stir in blue cheese and chives, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Note: The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
