1 cup Dijon mustard
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Asian sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine mustard, honey, sesame oil, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Whisk well, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Note: The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
