Ponzu Sauce

Makes 2 cups

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup mirin

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup Asian sesame oil

3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Combine soy sauce, mirin, lemon juice, sesame oil, ginger, and lemon zest in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Note: The sauce can be refrigerated up to 1 week.
