PUP-FRIENDLY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

MAKES ENOUGH FROSTING FOR 6 REGULAR CUPCAKES.

This dog-friendly cream cheese frosting is a great option for icing cakes or filling treats that require a fluffier, buttercream-like frosting. For more generous frosting or to ice our Gotcha Day Celebration Cake (page 131), double the recipe.

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)

2 teaspoons honey

1. Combine cream cheese and honey in a bowl and mix until smooth and fluffy.

2. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

HANDY HINT: Use pet-safe natural food coloring to change the color of your icing.
