“CHOCOLATE” ICING

MAKES ENOUGH ICING FOR 12 MINI CUPCAKES.

These pet-safe ingredients make this a great replacement for chocolate icing.

½ cup plain organic yogurt

2 tablespoons organic peanut butter

1 tablespoon carob powder

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth and fluffy.

2. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

HANDY HINT: Like most dog-friendly icings, this mixture is softer than icings made for humans, so doesn’t harden like buttercream versions. Popping frosted treats in the refrigerator usually helps dog-safe icings hold their shape.
