Amazing Glazed Turkey Meatloaf
Two kinds of Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce pep up this simple, satisfying turkey meatloaf. Try the leftovers on a sandwich spread with even more Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce!
Makes 6 servings
2 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 egg, beaten
⅔ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup Frank’s® RedHot® THICK Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2 In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, egg, bread crumbs, and spices until well combined. Form into a loaf. Place in a standard (81/2 x 4-1/2-inch) loaf pan. Brush with Frank’s® RedHot® THICK Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
3 Bake for 40 minutes or until fully cooked. Let stand on the counter for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
