Mango Hot Paletas

Mango on a stick doused with chile powder and lime is a favorite street snack in Mexico, as are paletas, Mexican ice pops. Combine the two into one tasty treat with these spicy sweet frozen pops.

Makes about 6 ice pops

3 cups cubed fresh mango

⅔ cup lime juice

1-1/2 tablespoons Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

1     Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until almost smooth. Divide evenly into ice pop molds, leaving a 1/4-inch headspace. Seal and freeze until solid, about 4 hours. Serve immediately or within 6 months (if kept frozen).
