Ingredients

• 11/2 cups water

• 1 sprig fresh or dried mint

• 1/2 sprig sage

• 2 Ceylon tea bags

Directions

• Add boiling water to mint and sage in teapot.

• Add tea bags and steep for 3 minutes.

• Sweeten with honey if necessary.
