Child’s Bedtime Tea
Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons raspberry leaves
• 2 tablespoons catnip
• 2 tablespoons spearmint leaves
• 1 tablespoon skullcap
• 2 tablespoons calendula flowers
• 1 pinch stevia
Directions
• Mix herbal ingredients together in a lidded mason jar.
• Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.
• Let tea steep for 5 minutes, then strain, add stevia, and serve.
