Antistress Herbal Tea


Ingredients

• 21/2 cups boiling water

• 3 teaspoons chamomile flowers

• 2 teaspoons lemon balm

• 1 teaspoon skullcap

• 1 teaspoon lavender

• 1 big pinch peppermint

• 1 big pinch sage

Directions

• Place all ingredients in a teapot and pour boiling water over the contents.

• Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

• Pour into cups through a strainer. Sweeten with honey if necessary. Serves 2
