Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon white clover flowers
• 1 tablespoon yarrow flowers
• 2 tablespoons raspberry leaves
• 1 tablespoon lady’s mantle leaves and flowers
Directions
• Combine the dried herbs in a quart-sized teapot.
• Fill with boiling water.
• Steep for 30 to 60 minutes, strain, and pour into mugs. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 days. Serves 2.
