Autumn Blend Tonic
Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons nettle
• 3 tablespoons spearmint
• 3 tablespoons lemon balm
• 2 tablespoons mullein
• 2 tablespoons dandelion leaf and root
• 2 tablespoons red clover blossoms
• 1 tablespoon rose hips
• 1 tablespoon dried ginger
Directions
• Combine all of the dry ingredients and store in an airtight container such as a mason jar or tin.
• To brew, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 11/2 teaspoons of the tea blend.
• Let it steep for 15 minutes to 8 hours. Then strain the herbs and enjoy hot or cold.
• Sweeten if desired with honey or a pinch of stevia.
