Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon heartsease

• 1 tablespoon nettle leaf

• 11/2 cups water

Directions

• Boil water.

• Mix in heartsease and nettle leaf, then steep for 15 minutes.

• Drink 3 times weekly for 2 weeks.
