Black Pepper Tonic


Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh water

• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• 1 heaping teaspoon grated ginger (optional)

Directions

• Combine the water with the pepper, lemon juice, and grated ginger in a large mason jar.

• Mix well and then strain.

• Add the honey, mix again, and drink neat or over ice.
