Fresh Sorrel Juice Tonic


Ingredients

• 2 lbs. carrots, cleaned

• 2 stalks celery, washed

• 1 apple, cored and divided into eighths

• 1/2 to 1 bunch sorrel

Directions

• Run 2 carrots through juicer or blender.

• Add celery and sorrel, then alternate carrots and apple slices.

• Strain through cheesecloth and drink chilled.
