Lemon-Turmeric Tonic


Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon raw honey

• 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon

• 1 teaspoon turmeric

• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

• Place the honey in a mug or cup.

• Squeeze a teaspoon or so of fresh lemon juice over the honey and mix. The honey will dissolve into the lemon juice.

• Add your turmeric and your cayenne pepper.

• Mix thoroughly and enjoy lemon-turmeric tonic.

• Another option is to combine the tonic with a cup of your favorite fruit juice or herbal tea.
