Grape Juice–Cardamom Tonic
Ingredients
• 2 pinches ground green cardamom (or open pods and crush seeds with a mortar and pestle)
• 1/4 inch fresh ginger
• 1 cup organic grape juice
• 2 pinches turmeric
Directions
• Mash fresh ginger with a mortar and pestle or the side of a cleaver.
• Mix ginger, organic grape juice, and the other spices together in a glass. For best results let mixture steep for 20 minutes at room temperature.
• Add 1/8 teaspoon of the herb ashwagandha for a more powerful toning and rejuvenating effect.
