Benefits: This refreshing drink is enjoyed throughout Iran and other parts of the Middle East. Pomegranate juice is full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories and may be a factor in preventing cancer, heart disease, arthritis, and Alzheimer’s disease. Orange blossom water or orange flower water is a clear, aromatic byproduct of the distillation of bitter orange blossoms for their essential oils. It is widely used in aromatherapy, cosmetics, and cooking. It softens the skin, eases stomach distress, and calms the nerves.
