Fruit Basket Smoothie
Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup crushed, cubed, or sliced pineapple
• 1 banana
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
• Ice
Directions
• Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
• Add ice depending on how chilled you want the smoothie.
Note: Frozen bananas work best in smoothies. Peel, slice in half, place banana in a large zip-seal bag, and leave in the freezer overnight.
