Benefits: This delicious berry smoothie can help you shed that stubborn “muffin top”—it provides high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to reduce stress hormones that pack on stubborn belly fat. The Greek yogurt provides a quality source of protein to help you feel full. Berries contain antioxidants and are high in fiber—strawberries may help preserve memory as we age; blueberries contribute to heart health and lower cholesterol; and raspberries contain a compound called ellagic acid that exhibits anti-cancer properties.
