WILD RICE AND CHICKEN

1 package (6.2 ounces) long grain and wild rice, with seasoning packet
1 1/2 cups water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, combine rice, seasoning packet, and water. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Place chicken over rice mixture and sprinkle with basil and garlic powder. Cover and bake 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
