CHILIGHETTI

1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 package (8 ounces) spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms
2 cans (16 ounces each) chili, any type
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Transfer mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 6–8 servings.
