Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

Even picky eaters will find a way to love fish when you plate up this toasty, cheesy dish. I serve it with mashed cauliflower and a green salad for a low-carb meal that everyone can enjoy.

6 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon minced fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning

1. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spread over fillets.

2. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
