Fruit Smoothies

Instead of pouring a glass of ordinary orange juice, blend up this refreshing smoothie in just a few minutes.

2 cups 2% milk

1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches

1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons honey

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
