HOME-MADE MUESLI WITH SOYA YOGURT AND BERRIES

This no-nonsense breakfast offers maximum nutrition for minimal effort. In fact, why not make double and keep in an airtight container?

Ingredients

100g (31/2oz) oats

30g (1oz) mixed nuts

30g (1oz) sunflower seeds

50g (13/4oz) raisins

100g (31/2oz) dried apricots, chopped

250g (9oz) plain soya yogurt

2 handfuls of raspberries

1 Combine the oats, nuts, seeds, raisins, and apricots in a bowl. Divide between two serving bowls.

2 Top each of the mueslis with the yogurt and scatter over the raspberries.
