The heat from the relish blends well with the coolness of cream cheese and will make your partygoers give you an “attaboy!”
1. After removing the chipotle relish from the heat, scrape the mixture into a small bowl, cover, and place in the icebox for 1 hour, or until chilled.
2. Pour the relish over the block of cream cheese and serve with crackers.
