Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese Rolls

These salmon cheese rolls are everyone’s favorite go-to meal when it comes to serving; you can prepare them in no time without any cooking.
Ingredients (8 servings)
4 tablespoons cottage cheese
2 tablespoon quarks
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper
16 smoked salmon strips
2 ounces wild rocket leaves or arugula
Lemon wedges, to garnish
Preparation
Mix the quark, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Season with ground black pepper. Spread half of the salmon strips on a working surface and divide half of the cheese mixture on top of the salmon strips, while leaving a ¾ inch border at the end. Top them with arugula and roll up tightly into a roll. Repeat these steps to make 16 rolls. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
