Ingredients (4 servings)
2 eggs, boiled and shelled
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 lettuce, torn
1 tablespoon capers
4 anchovy fillets
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
1 package flat parsley, picked
1 cooked duck leg
1 cup croutons
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Dressing
4 rashers smoked streaky bacon
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
Crumble the eggs in a salad bowl and toss in the lettuce, capers, anchovy fillets, and all other ingredients. Mix well and serve.
