Garlic and Thyme Boulangere Potatoes

Here’s a delicious and savory combination of potatoes, cooked and served with herbs, cheese, and spices that you must add to your menu.
Ingredients (8 servings)
5 pounds large oval potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
3 garlic cloves, peeled, halved
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
1/3 cup hot water
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
Preparation
At 392 degrees F, preheat your oven. Grease a roasting pan with cooking oil. Use the slicing blade attachment on a food processor, slice the potato into 0,08 inch-thick slices. Transfer to a large bowl. Blend thyme and garlic in a small food processor until finely chopped. Add the oil and process until well mixed. Pour over the potatoes in a bowl. Add black pepper and then toss well to coat. Arrange the potato slices in the prepared pan. Blend stock powder with warm water until dissolved. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle salt on top. Cover tightly with a foil sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and discard the foil. Bake for another 45 minutes until soft and golden. Garnish with Parmesan and thyme. Serve.
