Here comes a refreshing mix of lemon and mint. This drink is great to beat the heat of summers, and rich in antioxidants as well.
Ingredients (2 serving)
2 cups of sugar
Peel from 2 lemons
2 cups of water
1 mint spring
Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Mix 2 cups sugar with water in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes on a boil. Then allow the syrup to cool down. Add all the cocktail ingredients to a suitable cocktail shaker and shake well for 30 seconds. Serve chilled.
