Holiday Turkey Breast

Do not use jellied cranberry sauce in this recipe. Taste the whole cranberry sauce before adding it to the slow cooker. If it’s sweet enough for your taste, then substitute water for the apple juice.

Ingredients:

  1. Treat the crock of the slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add the soup mix, cranberry sauce, and juice to the slow cooker; stir to combine.
  2. Add turkey breast and spoon the cranberry sauce mixture over the turkey. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the internal temperature of the turkey is 170°F.
