Curried Cauliflower and Potatoes

If you only need 6 servings, you can omit the wheat berries. Reduce the amount of water by a cup and go a bit lighter on the seasoning if you do.

Ingredients:

  1. Add the wheat berries to the slow cooker. Bring 1 cup of the water to a boil and pour it over the wheat berries. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat setting to low, cover and cook for 6 hours or until the potatoes are cooked through.
