Dear Reader,

Sometimes the future we envision isn’t nearly as grand as what God has planned.

Eunice Yoder is not your conventional Amish woman. She’s accepted that about herself, but she doesn’t expect to ever find a man who is willing to accept it as well—to love her in spite of her eccentric ways. Then Zebedee Mast and his young son, Joshua, walk into her life.

Zeb is still grieving the loss of his wife. It’s been two years, and he doesn’t feel one bit better than the day he was widowed. In some ways, he even blames himself and perhaps that is what keeps him from moving forward. But God has plans for both Eunice, Zeb and young Josh. This is a story of being wounded, finding healing and embracing a future beyond one’s wildest dreams.

I hope you enjoyed reading A Courtship for the Amish Spinster. I welcome comments and letters at vannettachapman@gmail.com.

May we continue “giving thanks always for all things unto God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Ephesians 5:20).

Blessings,

Vannetta
