This typical Greek appetizer is made with courgette/zucchini instead of the usual cucumber. It can be served as a dip or as a reviving accompaniment to spicy dishes.
SERVES 4 PREPARATION 10 minutes
1 courgette/zucchini, trimmed and grated
1 small garlic clove, minced
150ml/5fl oz/scant ⅔ cup 2% fat Greek yogurt
juice of ½ lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
