ATA deployment

ATA deployment supports three topologies:

• ATA Gateway only: In this mode, AD traffic is only captured by the ATA Gateway. All the domain controllers pass the traffic to the gateway via port mirroring.
• ATA Lightweight Gateway only: In this mode, it only uses Lightweight Gateways. This component needs to be installed on each and every domain controller.
• ATA Gateway and ATA Lightweight Gateway mixed mode: In this mode, both Gateway types will be used. But one domain controller should only use one Gateway component.
