‘Villa of T.R. Kemp Esqr. MP. Belgrave Square (Plan)’. The architect Basevi, for whom Thomas had worked, designed the terraces of London’s Belgrave Square, and another architect for whom he had also worked, H.E. Kendall, designed this corner villa. Thomas’s name and initials appear beneath each.
